Not for printing shipping labels with postage barcodes – Danny Thorpe – Ben Lomond, CA USA
A great printer overall, but useless for printing shipping labels. Brother does not support printing postage barcodes on labels with this printer, and existing postage printing software does not support this Brother printer. I have confirmed this in emails to Brother support and to [...] support.
That seems like a pretty amazing feature to miss for such an otherwise great printer. Brother even sells 4×6 inch industry standard package labels (for shipping by parcel post, UPS, etc), but the printer doesn’t print barcodes! Bizarre.
